19th Century Louis Philippe French Provincial “Bibliotheque” (Bookcase). Made of richly patinated cherrywood. The upper bookcase with a shaped cornice above four long molded and glazed doors. The lower buffet with four molded paneled doors concealing shelves. Made in the Loire Valley circa 1845

Fine Quality 18th Century Irish Linen Press. Made of pine with two cupboard doors with shaped fielded panels flanked by quarter colomns over four drawers retaining the original hardware above shaped bracket feet. Made in Ireland circa 1780.

Rare Baroque 17th Century Swiss “Cabinet of Curiosity”

Decorated end panels with hand wrought carrying handles. Two paneled doors with naive painted figures hunting beside the lake with the Alps in the background, concealing twenty-three moulded drawers and a small pair of cupboard doors. Retaining an extraordinary pale blue color with the original locks and key. Mounted on a simularly decorated stand with turned legs and shaped stretchers. Made in Switzerland circa 1650.

Made of deeply patinated oak, the two upper doors with decorative spindles for ventilation, over two further doors and trestle feet. Cupboard was used for cheese or food storage. Made in Southwest France. Circa 1780.
